The stock price fully reflects the level of decline in corporate valuation by the end of the first quarter of 2020. For the first time since 2017, the entire market capitalization is below the fair equity value.

Based on the financial reports of more than 500 listed companies and UPCOM excluding banks, insurance, and securities companies, the value of businesses dropped by 5% in Q1 / 2020 compared to Q4 / 2019. If we assume that the COVID-19 epidemic will continue to affect the business, reducing the value of the business by 5% in the second quarter and 5% in the third quarter, then the stock price will be still under pressure to decline 8 to 10% in the next coming months.

Note: the assumption in this period is easy to be changed because of COVID 19.
