CTD MUA CỔ PHIẾU QUỸ 11/2018

CTD đăng ký mua 3.8 triệu cổ phiếu quỹ, tương đương 4.8% lượng cổ phiếu đang lưu hành, qua hình thức khớp lệnh. Giá dự kiến mua là 140,000-180,000/cp. Thời gian mua từ 4/12/2018 đến 3/1/2019.

Như vậy, sau khi mua xong cổ phiếu quỹ, EPS sẽ tăng từ 21.1k lên 22.2k đồng/cp. Giá cổ phiếu bỗng trở nên rẻ hơn, từ P/E 7.4 hiện tại xuống chỉ còn 7.

Mission impossible

Với lượng giao dịch thấp, trung bình chỉ 72k cổ phiếu/phiên, CTD phải tốn ít nhất 2 tháng để mua đủ 3.8 triệu cổ phiếu bằng hình thức khớp lệnh (nếu không muốn đẩy giá cổ phiếu đi lên).
