Nếu như từ đầu năm đến hết tháng 9/2018, SBV bơm một lượng tiền vừa phải vào thị trường, trung bình khoảng 9k tỷ đồng/tháng, thì con số đó đã nhân lên nhiều lần trong tháng 10 và tháng 11. Nhịp điệu chưa thấy có dấu hiệu ngừng bơm trong tháng 12.
Lợi suất trái phiếu (bond yield) theo đó giảm mạnh.
